Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To begin the process, please fill out our Initiate Return form. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Please note, a return processing fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee applies to returns only, not exchanges.
Please note our team is available Monday through Friday during standard business hours (EST). Return requests received on weekends or holidays will be addressed on the following business day.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions — including merchandise that is worn, damaged, soiled, or missing packaging — may be rejected and not eligible for refund.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive:
- A confirmation email acknowledging receipt
- A follow-up email confirming your refund status
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
FINAL SALE
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
