SHIPPING POLICY
We offer complimentary FedEx Ground shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during standard business hours (EST). Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your shipment is dispatched.
SHIPPING TIMELINE
Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days via FedEx Ground.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We offer 2 day shipping at an additional flat rate fee of $35 and overnight shipping for an additional flat rate fee of $50.
Please note if you placed an order after 4pm on Friday, the order will not be processed until the following Monday, excluding public holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship internationally.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Hellessy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact FedEx directly with your tracking information, or reach out to us at customerservice@hellessy.com for further assistance.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
